Dear faithful readers,
We are well into the transition of our firm to Siskinds. Team lawyers Paula Boutis and Kirsten Mikadze, as well as our phone lines and this website, will move to Siskinds as of November 23, 2015. After twenty five very good years, the last day that Saxe Law Office will offer legal services is November 20, less than two weeks from now.
After November 20, Paula and Kirsten will keep, and will continue to answer, their envirolaw email addresses and Siskinds will keep publishing this blog and the Ontario Environmental Protection Act Annotated. Excellent environmental law services to existing and potential clients will continue as before, now backed up by Siskinds’ much-admired litigation muscle.
Dianne will be sworn in as Environmental Commissioner of Ontario on November 26. It’s a huge change after 40 years of practicing law, and I will miss my clients and colleagues.
