Cole grew up in Southwestern Ontario, attended the University of Guelph and then the University of Western Ontario, and now proudly lives in London with his family.

Recently, Cole successfully represented a builder in court who refused to close the sale of a property because the buyer paid the closing funds 35 minutes late. The successful Ontario Court of Appeal decision is here: 3 Gill Homes Inc.
