About
Dawn has been a member of the class actions department since joining Siskinds in 1997. With a focus on eDiscovery Dawn provides counsel on the discovery phase of litigation and regulatory proceedings. Dawn has extensive experience managing large-scale discovery projects in class action cases and complex litigation matters.
As part of her practice, she collaborates with clients and litigation teams to design a discovery process that leverages technology to provide a cost effective and legally defensible solution.
Dawn's team draw on their class action, discovery and project management experience to expand the use of eDiscovery technology and machine active learning in innovative ways in the areas of claims administration and large data management projects.
Dawn has also represented thousands of breast implant clients over the years and has been a member of the counsel team on several large product liability and medical device class actions.
