Ensuring that payment is received on a timely basis is critical to the financial success of any business.

We assist in collecting debts whether they arise from a promissory note, commercial account, personal debt, a bad loan or court judgment.

With our depth of experience, we have expertise in the enforcement of judgment debts using the full range of available remedies, including garnishment, seizure and preservation of assets, injunctions and receiverships.

Collecting monies owing can be a time-consuming effort.

We represent financial institutions, businesses and individuals by providing the right blend of service providers, such as paralegals, bankruptcy trustees and bailiffs to help recover defaulted accounts in a sensible and speedy manner.

We handle such matters as defaulted mortgage loans for lenders, working with trustees in receivership issues, investigating hidden asset locations and working through a Court Application to make those assets part of the repayment of debt program, filing construction lien claims, representing credit card issuers, and monitoring payment arrangements.

In addition to our expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency, we are experienced in banking legislation, farm loans and law pertaining to real estate and moveable items.
