Siskinds LLP’s paraquat (Gramoxone®) class action lawsuit against global agriculture firm Syngenta was mentioned in an article by the National Post. Recently certified by the B.C. Supreme Court, the lawsuit alleges that Syngenta’s herbicide products, marketed as Gramoxone®, cause Parkinson’s disease. Proposed class members include anyone diagnosed with the condition after handling Gramoxone® products any time after July 1, 1963.
