I wanted to take a moment to let Siskinds know how pleased I have been with the professionalism of Dagmara Wozniak. For the past four years she has spear-headed our case against a nursing home for neglectful treatment of our mother. My family has appreciated her high degree of expertise as she guided us through the process, acquired experts to support our case, attended two pre-trials with us and negotiated with the lawyer for the nursing home. In 2011, I approached Siskinds Law Firm to represent me after I was hit by a car while riding my motorcycle. It will never happen to me. How many times have I said that over the years... well I was wrong. It did happen to me. I was involved in an MVA that I had no fault in, and I was lucky to live through.
