Good news: updated Ontario noise guideline

After three years of consideration, the Ontario Ministry of the Environment has adopted a more up-to-date guideline for assessing noise impacts. ย  โ€œEnvironmental Noise Guideline Stationary and Transportation Sources โ€“ Approval and Planning, Publication NPC-300โ€ย is now in force. Minimum Wage increasing on October 1, 2015

Employers in Ontario should take note that effective October 1, 2015, the minimum wage in Ontario is increasing. The general minimum wage will increase from $11.00/hour to $11.25/hour.
