Recycler gets $112,000 fine and probation
Rancor Wood Recycling Inc. and Randy Corfield were fined a total of $112,000 for failing to comply with Ministry of the Environment orders and with the certificate of approval for their glass and wood waste recycling site.

On March 9, 2011, Scotland Agromart Ltd. was fined $75,000 for failing to notify the ministry of a pesticides spill. On a related charge, Summerville Custom Spraying Limited was fined $25,000 on October 27, 2010. Total fine, $100,000 plus the 25% Victim Fine Surcharge.
